joy lab

The {Real Life} Joy Lab is a 5-day live experience to help you reconnect with joy.

In the Joy Lab you’ll explore what joy feels like in your body, what gets in the way, and how to invite more JOY into your everyday life—even in tension, even when there’s disconnection, even now.

This isn’t a challenge. It’s a lab!

A space to be curious, kind, and real.

During theJoy Lab, you’ll:

Explore what opens and closes your body’s access to joy

Learn how your nervous system relates to joy (and why it matters)

Practice simple, doable steps to increase your capacity for joy

Leave with a grounded sense of what real joy means for you

Who it's for:

You feel tired, wired, or disconnected from your own joy

You’ve been working hard to heal—but joy still feels out of reach

You want joy that’s honest, embodied, and authentic

You’re curious about nervous system work but don’t want something clinical or complicated

How it works:

You'll receive a daily missive of joy with inspiration and a call-to-action (i.e., invitation to pratice!) from Heidi via email

Each day at 12 pm Eastern / 9 am Pacific there will be a LIVE Joy Lab huddle (30 minutes) with Heidi via Zoom

Each day you will be invited to jump into The Joy Lab private, closed group on Facebook to post your calls-to-action.

I'm a nervous system transformation coach, and for me, joy is more than just a “nice-to-have.”

JOY a sign that my body is no longer bracing. Because it feels safe!

This Joy Lab was born out of my own story—growing up in a high-control religion, unlearning the belief that joy was selfish, and reclaiming joy as a friendly revolution of connection and aliveness.

I’m not here to give you a formula. I’m here to invite you into an experiment—one your body can say yes to.

JOY happens
when your nervous system registers safety!

Let's go!

  • Joy doesn’t mean everything’s perfect.
  • Joy doesn't mean trying harder.
  • Joy doesn’t mean bypassing the hard stuff or ignoring the world’s pain.

JOY happens when something inside you feels safe enough to soften!
